I hold an account in your bank for the past 30 years. I am writing to thank you and your staffs for your efforts you have made for the customer services. I have been quite happy with your services all these years. Your premises are very clean and your methods of handling customers are very good. I would like to specially mention about your dedicated Staff who is our Personal Relationship Banker. Her efficiency and professionalism in handling the customers is quite outstanding. She takes a lot of efforts to fulfil the customer service and was able to solve any issues without a delay. Her knowledge and speed of getting things done is appreciable too. I strongly feel that her presence in the bank is important for the continuing progress of the bank. I sincerely appreciate her hard work and her outstanding performance towards her customers. I would like to specially thanks her for her dedicated help during the COVID-19 pandemic period, when we could not travel back to Trichy for the past 2.5 years, but she assisted us in all our requests over the phone, helped us as much as possible to manage all our financial issues with the bank. Honestly, this was a great help specially during these depressive 2.5 years of my professional life. Looking forward to many years of banking in your bank .
