Axis Bank Branch

Very bad experience in getting responses from Axis Bank Representative. I have register complaint 10 days back but still no action has taken from Axis Bank.

I want to share my worst experience with the team. I have an NRE account with them. And opened some mutual funds schemes through Seetha lakshmi in the branch in last July. Opened more than 5 schemes and hence there were many signatures. And returned to foreign and some of the schemes got rejected because of signature mismatch because there were more than 30 signatures at the day of opening. I tried to connect to Seetha lakshmi to know how to correct it. But no response from her. She had my mobile number and i too had her number. Even i sent voice messages but no response. Nothing corrected and it got automatically cancelled. 2 days back when I went to the branch after I return to India. And just checking with her, how are you madam. She told she couldn't recognise me and even did not try to recognise. I know they are meeting many customers but my point is atleast she would have try to recognise the incident. But when we visit the branch, the employees keep on checking to open for some SIP, insurance or deposits and annoy us. But when we have problems, they don't help us.
