Customer friendly staff makes this place cool

I went to back to cancel my deposit, after my fathers death, there is no proper communication provide by banker workers on the list of documents to be provided for the closure. Even in post office, they are working properly and providing all information required. Policies may be changing between banks, but customer service is worst her. At least they should have written it in piece of paper all the documents required. Bank manager is supportive of the mistaken done by bank employees.
