Had a bad experience with customer care.Then approached branch for solution.Staff were courteous enough to listen to my problem and the BM directed his collection manager to guide me in this regard.CM came forward and solved the issue very quickly.Happy that my issue was solved.

Worst behaviour of staffs here. They will not treat customer as a customer. Worst Bank. Never go there. I'm going to terminate the relationship because of the worst experience. No private Bank is worst like this bank.

Having all my salary account, loan account, credit card everything over here in this branch, still I can't even contact anyone if there is an issue, I was trying to increase a credit limit and apply for a credit card for a month, no one responds good, I don't know why they are having a credit card dept while no one ready to just help a customer to get a credit card. They imposed a charge of 1000 rs plus GST for withdrawing my money from counter.. Ridiculous...

It felt very professional and welcoming, and very helpful, Vignesh was helping us throughout and we just follow him and helped us get all the documents and change forex card. Any day would recommend just talking to him to get to know more about banking.

Actually we are in need of closing the mortgage loan for that we had contacted them for past 3 weeks still now there is no response from customer service dept totally 4 times called each time they said you will get call from loan department after that u will get closure letter mail. Not even fitted for even one star rating

Vignesh is very much customer friendly and very prompt in solving the problem.
