Equitas Small Finance Bank

Went to this branch to update my Aadhar. As I entered, the lady in-charge of Aadhar updation went for lunch. She said She has a 45 min lunch break and came exactly after 45 min. There were 4 people ahead of me in the line. We were all asked to wait outside the bank. The lady was extremely rude in her approach. Every one in the branch, including the manager could see this and were okay with this kind of approach. Pathetic customer service I have ever come across in my life.
I wonder if this is level of service Equitas Bank offers all it's customers. We are all better off staying away from such banks, that take treat it's customers badly.
@Equitas, if you are not interested in offering Aadhar updation services, you should just stop doing it, rather than treating people who come for this service with absolute disdain.

Fasttag stopped working by saying i need to update kyc. Im in kerala and there is no branch nearby. No one is picking the phone number given in the website. Their customer care number also not working. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. Its like these bank don't exist.

It is not useful to fast tag customers because of the terms and conditions which they impose. Even after sufficient balance, they are sending messages saying the fast tag is blocked. They are cheating customers. Do not take fast tag account from Equitas.

Seems like none of the guys here know anything...be it banking or be it customer support. Huge risk placing any money with them. Beware!!!

I had taken property loan in veerapandi privu coimbatore branch, loan amount 2050000, branch manager and executive talked with me first time he said on loan interest 14% after agreement sign that day he said on 16% i am asking you say 14% now why are you say 16% he said on your side some kind of issue so only after 6month i will do 14% i said on ok after I got the loan amount, month emi 30109 ok, yesterday called me he said on emi amount 30830 i said agreement sign that day you said 30109 amount now why are you say 30830 he said on that means tomorrow emi today said loan percentage is 16.5percentage what is this, what is going on, first time 14%, second time 16% third time 16.5% no any one response branch side very worst behaviour pls be action immediately incase you side didnot take action means i will go to legal action
