I went to SBI BANK Nehru Nagar, Kalapatti branch (32465) for New Account opening. There was no proper response from the Bank. When we asked for the new Account details to Branch manager Prakash he lethargically answered to come with my wife to open the account. There is no need to take my family to just open a current account in any bank. Being a government operated bank people are so careless at their service.
So finally it’s mere waste of time to go to this bank for Account opening or any other services.

Horrible team. Manager Rajesh I believe wouldnt respond to the mails sent and mails being the only means of communication. Rubbish. My amount got DEBITED and im asked to get the bank statement and have been sending them mails as the app is not helpful.
