Best service rendering by the bank. Most of the staff members and workers are much responsible and guidance is appreciable. In this bank we can get savings and current account. Though the interest is low we can deposit the money confidentiality. We can get personal loans as well as loan against gold arnaments jwellary items. But the interest rate is very low while getting against gold arnaments. In the entrance ATM service also available.

Worst customer service. The staff are neither responsible nor sensible. Wanted to open a new account in the bank and all that I received from the bank staff is harassment. People standing in queues are made to wait for hours .where as people crossing lines are being addressed first. The staff was very rude to people and irresponsible...would recommend people to think twice before creating an account at Dharmapuri Canara Bank.

Earlier staff's were really good and that's the reason I opted to create an account here, but not anymore.

Very bad customer service... Before few months the bank staff were so good and did v good job ... But now the persons over here are literally harassing by always delaying and making u wait and not giving proper instruction ...
