Very worst bank to maintain a account. Customer service is very bad. No proper response from the bank employees. I don't know whether they are aware of the words 'Customer service' and 'respect'.

The Asst Manager in zuzuvadi branch speaks only in Hindi which we cannot understand. If he speak either tamil or English it will be better.

Worst branch, staffs rude and unfriendly, zero knowledge of day to day work, ATM outside branch is mostly out of service, HO should definatly send their vigilance staffs to check on attitude of this branch staff, i repend to have account there
