Very wost in rbl coustermer care service. . Without cardholder permission amount are taken by some insurance company's.. I lost my amounts and Surender my card.. So people be careful... Don't buy rbl card

Dear Customers of RBL bank credit card /supercard holders.... .My humble request to all is that, not to get rbl supercard /credit card... Herecomes I'm sharing worst experience of rbl supercard bank service, I got rbl supercard in month of February 2020 with the guidance of Lakshmanan narayanan (person who came & collect kyc documents). He explained me that only Rs 999 yearly charges alone applicable , nothing he explained more than that, after I received rbl supercard ,they have activated emi shield insurance ,card protection plan (Note:without any intimation/prior information) started collecting charges right from the month of March, I have used that card only at two places, that too I have paid, but still all these extra charges like emi shield insurance amt ((600 +720 insurance premium, added to that finance charges, member fee charge (Rs999). I query about all these extra charges to customer care Service & requested to cancel that insurance & send me the acknowledgement proof for my acceptance of insurance policy , but rbl supercard service Refused to do so. They didn't get back to me with acknowledgement proof of insurance policy nor cancel it.
My humble request to all rbl supercard/credit card customers that be aware of all these fraudulent activities of rbl supercard service... Plz don't get any new creditcards /super card from RBL bank
