This branch surprised me two years ago by its great service but my recent visit was pathetic. Despite crowd and infra, I want to comment about the RUDE BRANCH MANAGER towards assistant manager and staff. He totally disrespects them in front of customers and shouts and stopping them serving the customers and hence we kept waiting.

I wish to appreciate the assistant manager despite manager's unprofessional behaviour he was capable to handle his anger, stress and stayed calm and kept serving customers as politely as he can.

No proper response for opening new account, Same words never change COME TOMORROW. Branch staff are very lazy. Never respect there customers. There Watchman and the attending women are very good, better they can sit and they will do the work properly to the customers.

Very poor management. For change of address the staff ask branch manager to change it. You can always see a big queue outside the manage cabin. Pathetic service. Even if you go at 3:30 the staff will say it's lunch break. Staffs not taking any responsibility. Especially the lady in the last counter .

Worst bank ever came across. Don't know about other SBI branches. But this is the worstttttt. I have applied for my ATM card in the first week of April 2022 and I haven't received it yet. The staffs are completely irresponsible and they ll simply end up saying "Engaluku enna theriyum". Very worst experience and totally waste of time going behind these staffs.

Even phone number is not exist and not reachable . Very worst customer experience.

Kodungaiyur Branch manager keep changing , and we face difficulty in reaching bank .. poor service -- land line out of service - sbi higher official should take necessary action immediately

Good experience nice interior good waiting area so that you can wait for your service done for passbook entry you are advised to use passbook entry machine or csc which is opposite to bank service related to financial year statement request you need hardly two days usual service like deposit and withdrawal are very well for Normal NRE NRI customer
