Very bad

Service is ok. But when you deposit cheque for PPF, they don't give acknowledgement immediately, and ask the customer to come next day. When you go there the next day, they will ask the customer to pick it from a dump of papers, which contains all sort of papers. This is very bad customer service. Token system followed by this bank is well regulated for normal banking activities. The branch is situated on busy two way road. The branch is not having parking space of its own. Customers have to park on the shoulder of the road only. Entrance is disable friendly. The branch is visible from the vehicles on the road.

Quick and timely response during normal course of time.

Usual business done here with lack luster like in any other branch. Should try to put in more zeal and interest doing customer service.

Seems like the bank do not even have the time to update their contact number. The number given here is WRONG and is not WORKING

No use calling the branch over telephone, either in the landline or the BM's mobile number.. Nobody will respond.. I called more than 50 times without any success..

Staff are not courteous.
