Great service here, smart people who know what they do, and kind hearted in helping customers out. I had a loan obtained from a different branch but they helped me out with everything and called up the actual bank's manager and cleared up my doubts. I came out really satisfied.

Pathetic service by staffs in bank. This is in particular with the closure of loan. Closing the loan prematurely and waiting for documentation to be completed for more than an hour. There are lot of other clients waiting while the bank staff seem busy stuck to their systems. Senior Manager and Manager of the Bank needs to seriously take a look at the prevalent work culture and set things right.
