Rudest set of people put together in ONE Bank. The customer services and the people that work here are absolutely impolite. Especially that Manager and that assistant manager.

To The management who are reading this You are just there to serve us TEMPORARILY. Do not act like you own that place.

Very poor service I have ever had. I went to the bank at 9:40 am for KYC updation and I left the bank at 1:30 pm. They took around 4 hours to complete the KYC updation alone. Very worst service. Even during this Covid pandemic time, the bank officials are not insisting the customers to keep social distance and permitting all the customers to enter into the bank at a time. No proper arrangements were made for queues and operating with full Air conditioner.

After completing KYC updation I approached bank manager for Jewel loan. He don't have patience to listen what I am saying. He asked me to come after one week. Really, he is not suitable for the manager position.

Finally, on next day, I went to SBI, GH Road branch, Erode for Jewel loan. Even though I have SB account in Komarapalayam branch they opened OD account for jewel loan and completed all the formalities in just 30 min and sanctioned loan of around 6 lakhs. I really appreciate for the tremendous work done by the GH Road branch manager.

Very very wrost bank. If you are going for depoist it would take 2hrs for you. So better open KVB bank account and deposit within 30mins.

Manager doesn't know banking rules.every time he will say no staff available I have to do all the work. But reality is he is unfit to be a manager.

Very very wrost customer service...i went to bank at 11.30 and I left at 3.30 ..i asked to the official she is do not responding correctly...even they not kept the water cane also for the customers..

Very worst customer service, especially bank manager. Lack of computer knowledge and taking more time for simple Cheque approval. Better move your account to some private bank like citi, etc.
