Makes FALSE CLAIM that Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (Rs.12) + Another insurance (Rs.388) is MANDATORY while opening new bank account. When I raised by voice to say that there was no written rule that it was mandatory they agreed to open new account without paying extra Rs.400, but I was denied 4% interest rate for jewel loan as I raised my voice. But I am happy to raise my voice against such cheap management who act as barrier in passing the benefits to public.

Very worst customer service.Students who come for education loans are treated very submissively. They are late. They make the students wander and get depressed.
