Poor staff strength to attend the customers. Cash counters are heavily crowded. Bank should take steps to reduce the crowd either by way of increasing number of cashiers or train the customers to digital transactions. Pitiable cashier. If sufficient staff strength is ensured, the bank can overtake other competitors in this locality. Branch ambience is good. Staff are sweet and nice people.

Worst bank in Alangulam. The staff takes more than 2 hours for just 10 transaction
