Prepayment charges for foreclosure of personal loan rate is very high. When many people fail to repay the loans availed, this charge is like a punishment for honestly repaying our loan. 4.72% is charged for the outstanding principal. It's not good. It's injustice and not acceptable! Don't go for any loan to this bank.

I stopped the transaction 2 years back due staff response. But, i went to the branch on last week.
I found some good changes at branch staffs behaviour.
