Easy approach. Friendly staff. Service is good. Good response to customers. Even during phone call.

Unsatisfactory behaviour towards the customers. Impatient and harsh responses given to the customers.I think they have to work on customer communication ethics.

Your phone doesn't work properly kindly change it by using our money

I had worst experience with these people.. I was continuously following them throughout this whole month to apply aadhar card for my daughter. They asked me to come every now and then, saying some reasons.. and a lady picks the call and is very rude to answer any queries.. if somebody sees this from bank, I request you to put a notice outside the bank saying you are leave until particular date and you don't do aadhar till then.

Would not recommend this place until you have a full day to deposit your money.
