Very poor performance..... THIS IS FOR IMPERIAL ROAD BRANCH.....i got bike loan last year in this branch.i has been paying my loan amount regularly through bank and cash. at last month due was january 2019,i paid my loan amount through bank, but they didn't debit my loan amount .so i thought my loan amount completed last month ie.dec 2018.even though i maintained my account balance. more 1 month.after that i debit my amount from my account.after 3 month they called me insisted to pay last due,i asked them t explanation about this.then some augment i was paid my amount.6600 something.they told to come after next 10m days to collect NOC.They given some slip to pay amount ,then,i asked them t explanation about this staff didn't given proper reason.then i moved to manager , he also didn't gave proper reason .frequently he said that you must pay this amount then only will give NOC & HIS BEHAVIOUR ,ATTITUDE VERY RUDE LIKE ROUGE .THIS IS NOT A BANK ,THIS IS LIKE USURY INTEREST.

Worst banking service by pushothamman in credit card service ... irresponsible person ever I faced .
