What's is his problem if I withdraw my cash. He says there's no cash in a rural Bank. Then why do you guys even run a good bank with people who ruin your reputation.

There is no respect for customers..all they are behaving lyk giving their own money to us..idk what s their problem..this is the only branch i had problems each and every tym...

Hi this is Ramesh, i am in NRE account holder in Theni branch, i am not happy there services...without communication or notification they removing the internet banking access even though we follow the online access enabling process its not working still asking for approval from branch... as a NRE i felt services are not up to the mark..and mail communication also not happening and no response....if they would have the branch manager contact number to the customer its easy for us to communicate and they will know real picture of the customer service from that branch...

Very worst experience in closing the loan account. It is public sector and please look for the beneficiary of public not for individual or personal work.just asked for address change and new atm card..it has been a year , no address changed and debit card given to random people.. in-person delivery is needed for debit card.. very very worst service
