HDFC BANK

I can't able to give 1 star also it's a very bad experience I got from this branch.
There is no one response to our call.
On 14th Jan I opened the account but still know 18th Jan it's not opened.
I know that pongal holiday for 3days.
But today I called more than a times after 15calls they replied within 10minutes account will open said upto evening still Know it's not opened my account.

In other bank they have a good response for account opening but in hdfc mainly this branch very worst..
I am not interested to mention their name because of their employment will be affected
Kindly seeing this message by hdfc manager please manage and control your staff and make them to response politely to customer and be honest also.

Such a bad experience here I have ever had in any bank. Staffs are not giving proper answer here. They are always busy in talking. Worst experiences.

Overall Business services is good... Here the same don't allow the salary accounts to be dormant. Either should be your personal savings account or associated corporate salary account which gives the ROI and tax accountable to be professional service. Or else close the account... So that will be accountable to our services and eventually not for creditors. Happens.

I had very worst experience with this branch service. The ATMs don't have a battery backup, customer care number, which is maintained by this HDFC branch. My card stuck in the ATM (Dadagapatty) while withdrawing money because of electricity gone. Money got deducted from my account. Even the customer care number is not working which is mentioned in the Google map. I just reported to google.

Very worst customer service. I am a classic customer of HDFC, having a/c for last 12 years. Recently i transferred my a/c from chennai to Salem Gugai branch. Here, Customer facing peoples service is very worst.

These kind of people are Black marks for this kind of good prominent bank.
