Not up to the expected level.. Need to do fast service for customer..

Bank available in 1 st floor
Staffs are elder. Process of transactions, passbook updates are slower.

Oh my God. They treat customers with such an arrogance. I got a feeling that most of the bank staffs are so frustrated and they vent out on the poor customers who are left with no choice . They don't know the meaning of customer service. Better to avoid going to this place.

Please don’t open account here.. for every change and to get ATM card also you need to visit the home branch. In other banks, you can do with nearest branch itself.

Late response,they update RTGS forms after 4pm even if u gave chalan at morning
