Best customer service, lower interest for jewell loan .

I went for account renewal in time between 2 to 3 pm ( lunch time) so one male offer who was sit in to the jewel cabin he asked us to wait but there was all chairs occupied with other guest, I asked them I came with mom,I saw in manager room there was Nobuddy but many chairs availabled so I asked 2 chairs for wait but they refused to give us so almost 30 to 40 mins we just standing.. They have to give us kind response but he doesn't.

My daughter Dr.Nandhini has availed a car loan at BOI new bus stand branch Salem for which I am trying to open a joint SB account. Despite four or five visits to bank I am unable to open the account. The staff ine branch are simply dodging the customer. I couldn't remit the EMI in time due to not having the SB account. Now I am planning to pre close the loan and get loan from other banks. Very bad experience.

Poor response, better to avoid. I bought educational loan which I paid. They maintain that loan account with zero balance for a decade. It's affecting my cibil score
