Worst service.. having bank account in this branch is equal to having a treatment in G.H..

Account opening staff Very lazy she think how tell reason not for solution and she know how do time pass in bank ( lunch time extra) i am in this area but I open account in anna nagar branch

Very very worst bank , not pickup the call

They never attend calls. Whatever work you ask, simple or technical, they will say - don't know, will enquire and let you know.
And they will never call you, you need to simply sit in a chair.
Then nobody will call your token or your name

Worst Service. The lady staffs working in the branch are not properly render their services to customers who visit the branch. They always have the tendency not to hear grievances and redress them. They simply send out the customers. I was highly disappointed. Regional higher ups should take necessary action over them to make the branch customer friendly.

Never go to this bank... not eligible to get even one star.. worst service

Ok staffs discharge their duties properly. Nothing more to add.
