I like tha services given by the bank...... And it's quick and efficient

WORST SERVICE EVER STAFF DON'T KNOW HOW TO BEHAVE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS I KEEP FILLING & SUBMITTING FORMS FOR 5 6 TIMES BUT EVERY TIME THEY FORGOT TO ENTER THE INFORMATION IN THEIR PORTAL & AGAIN A NEW FORM LIKE I GO THERE FOR TIME PASS. SO I CLOSED MY ACCOUNT IN THIS USELESS BANK!!! WORST BRANCH EVER ITS BETTER TO GO WITH OTHER BANKS AT LEAST THEY DO THEIR WORK SINCERELY DON'T GO WITH JUST A NAME "STATE BANK OF INDIA" SOUNDS GOOD BUT MOST OF THEIR ATM DON'T WORK ONLY ATM ATTACHED WITH BANK WORKS HERE IN SIKKIM.

Worst,worst,worst. Very unpolite and unprofessional Cashier I have ever encountered with putting their ego before public convenience. Get rid of such employees they may cause ruckus in future SBI. Totally disgusted and Disappointed

During lockdown the tadong branch staffs are closing branch at 1:00 pm when the guideline is that business hours till 2:00 pm
