Irresponsible staff.they printed other's statement in my passbook and worst is they held me responsible for this.
Never do banking with SBI
It is better to have a savings account in post office than an SBI branch.

Worst bank ever I have gone to.
Most of the employes are irresponsible.
I withdrew my account the very next I visited the bank
I will not recommend this bank to be banking with.

Third class bank very poor service, here need responsible staff

It is the slowest bank in kota. SBI (SLOWEST BANK OF INDIA) There is a lot of paper work done if you want to get your bank work done. My ATM card was expired so I expect it would be delivered after some days but it did not come to my home address then I went to ADB branch kota then one lady employee told me your ATM card allready recived by our branch but you have to write an application to get your ATM card. Seriously!! I was shocked that time I was to write an application to get ATM card. Thay are not as efficient as ICICI and other private bank. Some employees are good and most of the employees are good for nothing. They always harassed their coustomers. One day a bank employee made me a call and asked me to fill the cheque deposit slip but in other private bank there is no need to fill cheque deposite slip. Just write your name and account number after the cheque that's enough for private bank. What to say about cash deposit machine and other available machine in bank premises. There is a cash deposite machine but it has been out of order for long time. Most of the automatic machines are out of order most of the time. If you have any work in this branch then it had better take a bay holiday from your office 😄😄 to get your work done ✅✅

Bank staff behaviour is so poor. Bank manager shika and bhavesh who seat at counter no. 5 the behaviour of both is very rubbish.there are the people who have a lot of garbage in their mind about there job.such people should be suspended and made to sit at

Visited ADB SBI branch to make an account active. It was smooth process. Filled a form and attached self attested soft copy of identity card. And did a cash withdrawal to make the account active. Took around 20-30min. This branch is not having proper queue system, so overall process took time. Applied for branch transfer application, which was submitted just before lunch and it got processed on the very next day without any reminder. Staff and manager is good of this branch. I am happy with the service.

Pathetic service from staff. Just ignoring the customer at front. Not responsive. Misguiding the customer or might they are not knowledgeable.
