Worst Experience. They have Uneducated Staff and Manager, just like everyone says Govt Bank is like this only, no manners, no antiquates to treat their Customers.

Wanted to Open an account in SBI Bank, First they asked me to bring different documents from home, then they again asked me to bring more documents, and then they said we cannot proceed because our staff is on holiday. Why on the first place you asked me to bring documents when you cannot proceed, then they say, wait 2 hours here only we'll open. Manager also maner-less, says what can be done, it is like this only. My foot, I'll get my account opened in a better Private Bank. Shame on you guys.

Very pathetic and bad experience at this branch staff is very unprofessional and uneducated…. Always misguiding customers… don’t ever open account in this bank and branch

Staaf is not cooperative….keeps on lingering the job

Technically enhanced services. Courteous behaviour of the staff. Issues when comes to get solutions for any challenging situation from staff.

Very frustrating experience trying to contact the branch. Landlines don't work. Branch manager never takes the call over mobile.
