Worst customer service. They don't care about the customer. I went there for minor correction and they treated me like I am nothing to them. The executive had left me at the desk and was attending to some personal work. I was the first person and the second person came and he is giving importance to them. I don't know why. But I don't think it's fair.

Best bank with wrost customer services. No good services by executives in bank. I applied in bank to close my fixed deposit 4 days ago but still it is not closed. Rough services by this bank staff. After closed my FD i will put request to closed my account due to bad services.i have requested for debit card before one month ago but it is not Delivered when i visited branch then staff shows bad attitude by saying it is delivered we can't do anything while no debit card i have received.customer services is goven negatively.
