I have never seen the govt employee working like this before. We went to get open a current account for our NGO GREEN FOREST FOUNDATION. And believe me the employee ( surname Sharma) I forgot her name
She was so cool to attend us and the way she was working define her experience towards her work.
We are overwhelmed to experience such great and outstanding service of SBI bank employee.
When we approached to thank Branch head I realised state Bank of India is totally changed. His professionally behaviour had changed my mindset towards SBI services.
