In this SBI service is very poor stand any counter & wait for your number coming 2 to 3 hour

It is the worst bank ever , specially this branch in chaura rasta jaipur, these people don't ever treat aged people like humans , they make them stand in line for hours, and after that it's there lunch time , they don't even open extra window to take the load off , my grand mother is dealing with single kyc from one year but still the issue is unresolved, their passbook machines don't work, no single place to sit for elderly people for such long duration . These people don't even care if some issue is solved or not for their customers.
Pls don't open your bank accounts here specially in this branch

Absolutely ridiculous and insulting behavior of the staff . I will try to never interact with SBI or for that matter any government bank. It is very good that privatization of government bodies is being done. I support it . The staff treats you as if you are the slaves and they are the masters.
