IDBI Bank

A good bank with good processes in place. Staff is friendly and courteous. Staff to be more customer focused and provide proper closer of their grievances. Can start a token system (similar to ICICI) for handling one customer at a time. IDBI ATMs are poorly maintained and needs attention of the management.

Front office is good. Service is prompt. But if something is sent to back office, there is inordinate time delay.

Customer service was good. An another IDBI is at Cafe Coffee Day.

Wort bank services, never done any work in a single attempt. No one is there to support you.

Worst customer care service ever faced in private bank, I went to close my salary account, one of the representative mentioned me to pay Xxx amount on which I agreed to pay later he said me to pay xxxx amount on which I counter questioned him, he was unable to answer my question and instead of him approaching his manager, he asked me to speak with the branch manager and get it resolved. I followed the instruction and went to the branch Manager Mr. Sudhir Kumar instead of solving my query he started teaching me about my profession and mentioned that he can not solve my query and I have to pay the charges what his staff has told me to pay, niether he cross checked my account or neither he consulted his staff. I mean are they making money from the account holders??? 🤔 and blindly told me to keep the account live and don't do any transactions for next 10 years and automatically the account will get closed :that is what I got as a solution". I hope some senior management will have a look into this and will get positive response.
