Worst Customer Services, No one will give you clear details of what is required and what not. My wife wanted to open the NRI Savings account and she visited to the Bikaner Branch and she been told that it has to be online process. They took the contact details and said someone will contact. We didn't receive any call or email. We requested call back through website and they said on call that it has to be in the Branch so not sure who is right and who is wrong. Never saw that much hassle to open a NRI account. I have to give up now and should go for another banks.
