I asked twice will I get a discount on a locker, the person name Neeru madam said “aapko me kitni baar kehe chuki hoon aap samaj hi nahi rahe”. This is rude. I am a customer and I can ask as many times I want. I couldn’t understand and so I had to ask. The madam kept on insisting on buying a term plan. And then when I said “ I am a customer I have a right to ask” She kept talking to my husband and ignored me. Because of her and only her I am never going to open a locker at this bank.

The bank guard who is responsible for giving token for aadhar update is very rude person. He is making fool and not generous in giving token

Bank service is very good. People are co operative.

The worst experience of bank servicing ever. I have been a customer for icici bank for the last 12 years but this is a first time i have encountered such rude and bad behaviour from a bank employee. An employee named Neeru Aeron was very rude and she did not help me at all, on top of that she said do whatever you want, escalate the matter even, but that would have no affect on me.
Also, some years back this same branch employees refused to help at all to withdraw money, as i had sent the cheque with a cousin of mine and although i explained i was in the hospital with a broken leg.
Icici bank employees have always been helpful in every branch i have visited in india excluding this branch. Icici bank should do something with the behaviour of the employees of this branch otherwise it is very easy nowadays for people to easily change banks to seek better services from other private banks.

I’ve been forcefully given a loan of 5 Lakhs, through SMS. ICICI credit card based loans call centres are savage. They follow us till we abuse and then sanction the loan. SR796718779: Dear Customer, your request for Personal Loan on ICICI Bank Credit Card for INR 500000 has been completed on 29-DEC-21. You will receive the DD 458803 within 5 wkg days.

Ridiculous service. Now i have to visit the branch for the third time bcs they have freezed the account without informing me. And they didn't had that information the previous times i visited because they didn't care enough to check that earlier when i reached them with the issue

Good services. ATM hardly works, everytime is out of cash.
