HDFC Bank

Very worst service given by the staff and the bank employees.
worst of them all.
These types of people are careless, lazy and does not know customer service. They are doing government JOB. We will not use any service of HDFC bank in future.

Pathetic service provided by Ms. ALPANA SHARMA. She kept me waiting for 1.5 Hrs while she was out of branch on personal work and then she asked me to visit again the next day. All the while she kept saying that she would be back in 10 mins and still never showed up.
This is how this branch treats its PREFERRED customers. I think it was a BIG MISTAKE to give business to this branch. This is not expected from the biggest private bank in India.

Bank people demanding the money for loan confirmation..and ..there is a employee by name kanvaran yadav, who' s posting the advertisement on facebook, " if anyone is cibil defaulter, and he want to improve their cibil, so he can do do that"..

No response for customer insta account services is useless submit all necessary documents No proper account activate time say that today tomorrow and after two days and many in my condition from may i help you desk staff.

Not Good i visit Branch Callect my Loan AC Documents at vidhya dhar nagar Branch my no after 15 person

I wait 30Minut but in 30 minute only 2person Free and after that me on 13no so u can think how long time take my no minimum 4 hour we west out time 4-5hour for Callect our Ducs

Very slow processing open bank account after all documents submitted 2 to 3 days

I don't know how things work in here but I opened an account like 7 days ago and still I didn't get a confirmation that it has been activated. Now they're saying it'll be done in 3 more days, if for a simple thing like this one will have to do so much running just imagine how it will work in complicated matters.

Worst service given by staff, no responsibility at all
