Very uncomfortable branch .No hearing for customer .Account opening in 15days .

ICICI bank limited. The best bank services. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you always. Parking is a problem as there's no parking space. Opening an account with this branch is very easy and quick, you won't have to wait longer at counters as well. Overall all the bankers here are really professional. I would have given them a 4 star if they had good parking spot.

Pathetic service .It's the Biggest private sector bank in india and customer service is so pathetic . Employees are mannerless and dumb .. lazy too .. don't have will to surve the customer . I wish I can give negetive remarks so icici management can hear me . I also send a mail to high authorities of bank regarding this problem .

Awful experience, take an hour or more just to delodep money, the ma'am working on counter is really slow .

Beware of icici bank employees-may talk nicely but dont trust them with your money. Simple deposits take weeks, they keep giving fake reasons, excuses, and backend problems for customer work that is never completed as promised . Specially, SENIOR CITIZENS should stay away from the branch and its people. They lure simple folks with promises and fraud investments
