I was there to open a new account but they don't need new customers, there was no one to give me detailed information about new account. A lady was seatting near to the bank entrance, she was busy with her tab didn't even looked at my face. I asked her "how to open a new account here" she said "If you are above 18 then you can open" lol is she was blind? or dumb too??? I didn't understand how a person can be so irresponsible for new customers. I knew all the offers and services they have just wanted to confirm, still she didn't even told me the correct information about their platinum Visa card. So I will never recommend anyone a bank or policy with name ICICI. Go for HDFC they treat you well.
