Stupid lazy ass staff, they dont know how to behave with their clients, lack of information.
I would give negative 5 if I have the option.

Staff is disgusting! No manners! They treat the customers like we did a mistake by opening account in this bank and why even we step into the bank . Very disappointed with the service! Specially Lady workers are very rude !

I am quite surprised to see how the banking staff is giving false information to their customers They say that the account opening time takes fifteen working days. On the other hand, you have been informed on your website that in rural and urban areas, it takes two working days for account opening. If I talk about account opening service, then Bank of India is working very slowly with other banks. Staff is disgusting! No manners! They treat the customers like we did a mistake by opening account The staff here work with their eyes closed they provide me another customer account because both customer have same name they never confirm father's name, address and even aadhar number when I went from the branch I see they provide me another customer's passbook Such a pathetic services. Even they don't deserve any single star but we don't have any option that's why I am giving single star.
