This has been by branch from 2007. all though they are very occupied and have high work load. but still they manage to get your query solved in time. they are deal with customer very well because most of there customers are professors university employees or students. So, when ever you will visit this branch they will guide you where, when and what form to fill in order to do you banking. specially, they have new youth staff which are very helpful. they are aware of online procedures and know need of the hour.

Most inefficient branch. Whenever you visit or call them in emergency, they are unable to understand the problem of a customer and try to delay the job which can be done in 2 minutes. Worst case, they will put the landline on hold for hours and hours.

From last three months i have been there ; but out of three times two times i have found server is not working, This is something irritable; we work in private Companies and visit these branches in case of extreme emergencies ; but if you have to come back empty hand; this is not acceptable.
