There is no option for 0 star. Put 10K in account and moved to abroad came back after 1.5 year only 5k left. When asked they said money is deducted for a life insurance which I never know about nobody confirms it either. This bank Ripped off try some other bank.

Such a poor service and rude behavior of employees working here .they aren't knowledgeble .i have been dtagging mysepf since 3 months now to close my current account .signed the application three times, one time they lost application. After signing application menu keh rahe ne ki tusi account cho paise kadwa lo saare, tuhada clise hojega. After one month of waiting it still didn't close instead menu fine pai gya .inhe dumb log te unprofessional fraudster log bharti kite hai ihna ne ki proper guidance nhi hai je mai na jawa ta mere ta minus che chalejande kinhe rupees. Now they aren't clising my account. Fraudster ne ehe lok.
