Staff is not doing job as banking department, they are treating like a owner.

i call the 3-4 time but don't pickup the phone ....bad service

The banks employees are not helping in nature. To do a simple banking task you have to wait 1:00 to 1:30 hours.

The staff is very rude natured also hidden charges are charging especially from farmers.

This sbi branch sucks. They just have one thing to say don’t have staff to serve then shut down the branch. Went to manager and she responded I can’t do anything do downstairs and talk to staff. old people needs to retire and let youngsters to the job as they are not even familiar with the technology. Sbi really sucks.

The staffs is very irresponsible and manager is also think like owner of the bank .it was really bad experience ever .I don't know why they people are there they are only doing timepass
