One of useless operations manager working with this branch, he never check his emails, I don’t he knows how check emails or not, never care about customer requests 🚮

Non cooperative staff...they dnt listen to ur problem...authority must change...THE STAFF.....when i demanded 2nd passbook..madam show attitude and said "de to di.."when i told i need another..as my transactions are due for printing...madam became rude....they must be changed...as due to these persons reputation of axis bank...is much affected..and when i told my problem to other that wrong debit given by bank as my petrol transaction is declined through card...first he said "mn complaint generate kr deta hu" but after sm tm he said yha se kuch ni hoga ap customer care pe call kro...customer care said talk to ur branch....

My wife's salary account was freezed for 15 days, evn v had submitted kyc 2 months before.. evn second time it took many days.. our home address was wrong in our account. Don't know why? Although our address was correct on uid..

Very bad experience, I purchase repo vehicle from this branch but staff of this branch is so irresponsible & arrogand. After winning bid payment they take 3 months to close a loan & issue a noc. They doesn't answer my calls many days.very late system.irresponsible behaviour of seniors also..who doesn't check performance of thier staff...
