I have a saving account in this branch. Staff is very rude and doesn't help customer. Planning to shift my account

Very bad services
I am their customer last 40 years. Many times Inrequested them that ,debit card having lounge facilities at Air Port b issued to me,they changed my debit card many times, but I got lounge facilities on none of them.
To travel in US/Canada they guided me to get Foreign Travel Card in USD for easy shopping & money drawl.but to my surprise this FTC was not entertained by any shopkeeper/ any SBI at Canada
I felt financial crisis,which is too bad at Foreign’s land.
They deputed a relationship assistance for me ie also of no use
Ultimately SBI services r too bad.
They mostly busy in issuing credit cards/ loans
Think before u believe upon this big bank
Not fit for even one star.It’s fit for no star

Worst experience. I had to make transactions to send money to my spouse abroad but they had let me go from desk to desk in the name of formalities.
