The service they provided more pathetic then government Bank ..I go 4 time to print the first page of my passbook but everytime their staff told me that the mam is on leave very awkward answer you are running a bank and didn't have a staff just for print a single page .

Rude staff, they behave like government bank employees. Useless service doesn't look like private bank.
