Nice banking experience and services. All facilities available at this branch for easy banking such as ATM machines and cash deposit machine. It provides attractive interest rates on savings and other deposits. Nice and cooperative staff. Situated in a busy place.

I'm am Australian Citizen, I visited this bank to open an account on mall road in Amritsar. I have given all the documentation to the bank which was required to open an account. I have also given my cheque from state bank of India to open my account in Yes Bank. It's been more than one month, yes bank did not open my account, they did not inform me nor provided me with information. I do not understand how irresponsible these bank officers are and they did not inform me about this. Worst bank ever and very disappointed in yes banks services.

No customer service with no courtesy to intimate the customer . If you do not want to waste your time please avoid going to this branch. 1 star is a gift from google otherwise you guys do not even deserve this. Shame on you guys.
