All executive are no hearing no customer listening and all bank staff member behave roudly to customer and half staff member are not available in their seat during bank time specially loan and noc department
i humble request to @icicibank manger and head department to take action on his staff member

Untrained Staff at Sales ICICI Prudential on First Floor…..Staff comes at 11 am and they are always out for personal work.

Untrained staff, very poor customer service.
They took one month to open account after many visits.
Disappointed with service of ICICI

Wrost service .... Time wasting if you are go to ICICI bank for demand draft

Malpractices by ICICI LOAN INSURANCE TEAM at First Floor….. Usually staff is always on mobile and out for personal works apart from official work…… worst trained staff named Akshay, Ramesh Kumari etc. Changes are always good so new staff should be deployed.

Each floor is divided into different departments. Yes, here you can open salary account in 10-15 minutes. Otherwise the bank is good but it is crowded outside and inside.. and the parking service is paid, not free

I have given onestar as that a mandatory otherwise this staff does not deserve this star .Because no one give proper instructions and guidelines for my query .Service also very slow moreover they dont focus on customer service .
