worst branch ever visited, employes have lack of knowledge,they donot even know how to operate branch .they donot know the basics there is no senior person employed in branch all newcomers with lack of training are managing the branch. and as seen in the reviews and after experiancing plz donot visit the branch. worst experience. all people are fed up from there service they donot even know how to speak to their customers (they even donot know basics of the account). axis kindly give them training again they donot have even the basic material available such as cheques at branch. there attitude is so pathethic.

This is the worst ever bank.
I have visited them for 3 consecutive days to submit usa visa fees. On 2nd April they have pan India service down . But even on 3rd april the teller (girl) said her server is down. Pathetic services I visited them 4 times for single payment and still was not able to get receipt.
Finally after visiting phase 5 branch I was able to deposit my fees.

Non professional staff. Dont have any knowledge. They dont know how to greet customers. They just want to sit idle with no work. Rude behaviour. Dont ever visit this branch.

WORST BANK WITH WORST SERVICES AND EXORBITANT CHARGES. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. EXTREMELY IMPOLITE AND INCOMPETENT STAFF.

Worst branch. Insensitive to senior citizens particularly. Untrained staff. Inefficient branch head. No control over staff. Teller asks customers to get cheque passed from first floor.
Freezed my account twice due to staff inefficiency. My ecs returned and I was penalized with no fault of mine.

Useless support team of axis bank. No revert back, no problem solving. Services support online are not functioning from last 2 months.(Internal server problem messages recd)

Never transit money from this bank , they just send your money on time , they use it for their purposes. And send money after 13 or 14th day , too long process of foreign exchange

First of all you are not responding to my application which is sent to your bank opened my demat account and blocked my atm..
Kindly close my demat account and refund the amount you deducted
