Sbi phase 5 branch.. good customer experience

Merged in State Bank of India, earlier was State Bank of HYDERABAD

Staff is not adequate, it takes 1 hour to 2 hours to get a passbook printed, Staff consists Branch Manager Mrs Tnu Bajpai, Astt BM, 2 female staff (Hard Working), 1 peon and 1 guard and 2 NAGG (WITHOUT ANY WORK)...very congested place.... JYOTIKA GUPTA ( 7422423) is very hard working and the female just adjacent to her.... overall it's poor service provider....

Very bad experience, they are not working for customers, they are working for themselves.

One of the best SBI branch I’ve ever visited in Punjab. Jyotika madam is the gem of this branch, very hard working and polite she is.
Assistant Manager Govind Kaur is also very nice to talk with.

It was my 2nd visit today in last few weeks and they again attended very quickly.

I hope they will continue to provide their best services to the customers in future as well. :)
