State Bank of India QUADIAN

The classic banking experience of a state run bank. Morose workers, disorganised service. Long queues and general state of despodancy. The only saving grace was the Branch Manager who wanted to genuinely solve customer issues. It is because of him that this branch gets 3 stars else would have given 1 max 2 stars.

1. Bank staff nd server room staff never response any mail.
2. Heavy Rush in bank.
3. Staff to small nd Lazy/old.
4. Contact number give by bank nothOKng pick any staff member.
5. Bank nothing help any normal costmer-only help big bussinessman....
6. Very bad, very poor help staff.

Staff behaviour is very rude, especially senior staff. Also put customers in long waiting queue and doing time consuming stuffs which is not related to their work.

manager dont know how to behave with a person who is poor and unfortunately having account in the bank. never seen a educated rude like him and service is worst ever in whole world

It is WORST BANK I have ever seen in my entire life. Bank staff behave very badly to customers,lack of organizing ability.

Staff members comply with the rules very strictly. They do not co-operate at all
