ICICI Bank Tibri Cantt, Gurdaspur-Branch & ATM

Staff is very lazy and not friedly. I am visited 2 this branch 2 change my account from salary to saving but they shows no interest and force to me open new one instead of converting.

Extremely bad service staff is very rude and unprofessional

That bank is known for its services that it provides to their valuable customers,Nice place, Attentive staff, Knowledgeable,Ready to serve,Good communication skills,Your queries came to an end when you visit for a New Account or any other financial products they offer,Staff will answer politely to your each single Question and you feel a good service experience in this Branch,No Ques seen at any counter whether it's Deposit or withdrawal counter or whether the chairs before the service counter of any Service.Really feeling Proud to be a customer of This prime Bank ,My best wishes for their prosperous businesses in future.

Just wanted a passbook but they were just delaying it. Bad experience.

4 stars because of the trust that i have on this bank. However the ladies there could use some interpersonal skill / communication skill development seminar.

A public sector bank has better management and services.
Closes at 14:55 for normal customers.
Only customers entertained till 5pm with big accounts.
Vehicle parking is one of the major concern, traffic gets bottle necked while you pass this spot. Better use bicycle instead.
