Staff doesn't pay attention to details ,messed up by account in such a way that I am unable to use for e commerce purpose ,updated wrong mobile number ,couldn't get OTP , linked address change to diff card . That's just part of it .opened new account was promised will.be opened in 2 days . Told them urgency of it but fake promised and I am stuck in middle as this is 4th day no information as of yet about account .giving excuses that CHQ didnt clear because they had connection problem . What a joke . Employees need to be taught at last be honest with customers and don't take them as a fools .
