Axis Bank Branch

Very poor experience, My account is on debit freeze from last two month. I have submitted all document and continuously visiting branch office. But they don't care about customer pain. Always say, it will be resolve in 48 hours but it never happen. Now it's month two month.
Staff is so irresponsible that you can't imagine.

Pathetic service by front desk executives. I went two of Jalandhar axis branches for closure of my Chandigarh branch account, both branches executives gave me different excuses/statements. This branch executive was giving me pathetic reason that they cannot close account of another branch and I have to take approval first. It's your job, you should do that.

What is the point of making everything online, what is the point of saying that you have multiple branches all over India if I still have to go Chandigarh branch for resolutions.
You can absolutely see on their faces that they just do not want to help or put even little effort to solve customer's problem.
Wasted my 2 hours. still did not get any resolution.

Pathetic bank service ever ....living alone with a small baby ...told them every situation ..but there dumbness is ..so high ....they didn't even cross checked if a new debit card can be issued on my account or not ..and closed my prev ATM card ..now ..my every online transaction is also stopped ....nothing in cash with me at home ...they are soo ssooo ...dumb heads siting in AC chambers ..troubling the common people ....now they are telling me to go to any other branch of axis bank. For the same ...
